1. Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the custom, handmade nature of our crochet items and everything posted in the store, all sales are final.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

  • No Exchanges: We are unable to accept exchanges for different items or sizes. Please ensure you review product descriptions, measurements, and color options carefully before placing your order.

2. Handcrafted Variations

Each piece is uniquely handmade. Please note that:

  • Small variations in stitch pattern or texture are a natural part of the crochet process and add to the charm of your item.

  • Colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen resolution and lighting.

  • This is handmade work, nothing is perfect!

3. Shipping & Processing

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are typically processed within 1- 2 business days.

  • Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 3- 4 weeks for your item to be hand-crafted before it is shipped.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
