Processing Time
We know you’re excited to receive your handmade crochet items!

Order Processing: All orders are packaged and prepared for shipment within one business day of purchase.

Business Days: Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Estimates
Once your order has been dropped off at the carrier:

Delivery Timeline: Shipping typically takes 2–4 business days for domestic orders.

Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your label has been created so you can follow your package's journey.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible, please understand the following:

Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is accepted by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), it is out of our immediate control.

No Liability for Delays: Pao Crochets is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or high-volume seasonal periods.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or stolen after a confirmed delivery.
Tip: If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot find it, we recommend contacting your local post office or carrier directly, as they can provide GPS coordinates of the delivery location.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the item.
